Coverage under Life of Alabama’s new E & O program is offered on
a claims made basis. The policy will only cover claims first
made against the Insured (Agent) and reported to the Corporation
during the policy period. The agent must not have had knowledge
of the claim or circumstances likely to result in a claim at the
effective date of coverage. If you are currently enrolled in the
company sponsored E & O program you must enroll in the new
program offered by NAPA before January 30. It is
imperative that you avoid any period of lapse coverage.

At the conclusion of each TAP Class, a challenge is extended to
each participant. During the following 8 weeks, the class
participant who submits the most annualized premium receives the
TAP Challenge Trophy.

Montreal, Quebec, Canada; Santa Fe, New Mexico; Seattle,
Washington; Banff Springs, Canada; San Francisco ,Lake Tahoe

New York, NY.

destination will be at San Francisco, California.
